leaving American soil
At first I felt really excited that Air Berlin offered so many kinds of entertainment for the kids to delight in during the flight...then I changed my mind. The flight from New York to Dusseldorf was a little too exciting (see that while little sister takes a rest, her 3 brothers are all plugged in unable to pull themselves away)....
This is what happens when you don't sleep on the overnight plane.
