ReplyDeleteI'm glad the Poulter Boardwalk made it to the list. I need to set up the list update on my blog too. Someone told me how to do it. I just need to sit down and actually set it up. That might have to be one of my goals this week.

3 Large chicken breasts diced
3 Cloves fresh garlic minced (optional)
3/4 cup lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup oil (canola preferable)
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Salt
Throw all this yummy stuff into a crock pot on low while you are at church. Make 2-3 cups (dried) rice to go with it.
